SHIPPING & RETURNS

 ORDER PROCESSING:

Within a day, you'll get a confirmation email of the order, and within 3 - 5 business days you'll receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped. Grace Love is a small business who makes products in small batches so sometimes orders could take a little longer to get to you. However, if that becomes the case, an email will be sent to you letting you know of a delay of your order.

 

PRIORITY & FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We do not do expedited shipping. Orders are generally shipped within 5 - 7 business days using USPS shipping provider and is a standard 3- 5 business days.  USPS calculated Priority mail is the main source for shipping rates.

Flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to orders from all 50 states of the US if USPS calculator is unable to be reached. 

We offer shipping Internationally. 

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES, TAXES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Tax rates are calculated by your county/state and are applied at checkout.

 

 REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at INFO@GRACELOVEBODYCARE.COM with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
